Terms and Conditions
In accordance with The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
Recruit4health is required to have agreed terms in place with any person (Work-seekers) who wishes to use Recruit4health to help find them either permanent or temporary assignments. This document details those terms and also include the mandatory information required by Recruit4health to register Work-seekers and enable Work finding services.
- Recruit4health work as both an Employment Business (temporary recruitment) and/or an Employment Agency (permanent recruitment), unless otherwise stated
- I agree that Recruit4health may act on my behalf and enter into agreements with potential clients (Hirers) to facilitate Work finding services
- Recruit4health will not charge a fee for providing Work finding services
- It is agreed that Recruit4health will look for both permanent and/or temporary positions within the healthcare sector
- Should any Work-seeker be offered a temporary role then it will be under 'contract for services' with associated terms and conditions
- Should Recruit4health be successful in finding potential work for the Work-seeker, the Work-seeker agrees to give Recruit4health copies or evidence of, any training, qualifications or authorisation considered necessary by the Hirer, or required by law or professional body, to undertake said work
- The Work-seeker agrees to provide two recent professional references to Recruit4health and agrees that Recruit4health may disclose or provide copies of these references to a 3rd party
- The Work-seeker will also agree to present copies of or originals of any of the following identification documents, passport, driving licence, birth certificate (or any other document which provides evidence of the Work-seeker's identity)
- Where the Work-seeker is not a British subject they agree to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK (e.g. working visa)
- Where a contract for temporary work is issued, the Work-seeker agrees to provide Recruit4health with correctly authorised timesheets
- Where a contract is issued Recruit4health will pay temporary workers on receipt of a valid timesheet for the related period; regardless of receipt of payment from the client
- Remuneration will be paid weekly and the Work-seeker will be notified of the pay rate prior to commencing the contract
- Any variation to these terms must be agreed by all parties in writing before they tale effect
I confirm that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as laid out by Recruit4health for the purposes of registration.
