How it works

Our Recruitment Service operates on a no placement, no fee basis. So, if we don't find the best candidate for your vacancy then there is no fee to pay. Also should the candidate you employ through Recruit4health turn out to be unsuitable for any reason within the first 10 weeks then either a sliding scale refund or a free replacement is offered *subject to conditions

Sourcing Passive Candidates

• Detailed search of internal database of over 7500 dental professionals
• Detailed search of external databases
• Candidate search via Linkedin and Social Media

Shortlist

• Handle all email and telephone enquiries
• Telephone screen every shortlisted candidate
• Reference and GDC check every shortlisted candidate

The Offer

• Negotiation of pay rates
• Mitigate counter offers

Refund

• Refund or replacement guarantee in the unlikely event the candidate is unsuitable
